Brad died in the line of duty on October 4, 2008 while serving the Richmond Police Department as a K-9 officer. He "was held in the highest regard by his peers. His work ethic was extraordinary, and his commitment to the community of Richmond and his profession unparalleled."

$10 from every tile sold will be donated to “The Memorial Fund for Officer Brad Moody” c/o Mechanic's Bank in Richmond, California to benefit his family.
